FIRST DAY AT BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL CHILDCARE CENTRE
wells, its was okay.
but for some reason i was feeling very tired the whole time there.
i bet it was because my breakfast coffee suck.
& partly cos i cannot act stupid or talk or listen to music.
wells i'm the teacher there what. lol
okay, but it was pretty fun.
first time i open up to people so easily.
maybe cause they are kids, and the adults there are awesome.
but a few funny/cute incidents that happened today with the kids :X
#1. a girl.
well, she saw my handphone wallpaper during lunch.
then comes our conversation.
girl: jiejie, is that a girl?
me: no, its not la!
girl: It is la jiejie!! its a girl!!
me: no, its not a girl. its a boy!
girl pauses for a while, i think she was shocked.. lol.
girl: oh, then it must be your boyfriend right?
me: (i wish!) no, its not my boyfriend la.
girl: he is la, jiejie
me: no, he is a korean singer.
girl pauses for another while
girl: you have boyfriend right, jiejie?
me: no, i dont.
girl: you have la, dont bluff me.
me: i really dont have.
girl pauses yet again and said, 'I can introduce a korkor to you! Kelvin korkor is 19 this year.
me: oh really?
girl: yes, how old are you?
me: 17
girl: then you can marry kelvin korkor!!! HAHAHAHA.
i was like thinking, HUH!? -.-''|. this girl is only primary 3 and she's telling me these things.
i changed my screensaver like immediately after she said all those.
can you imagine if more kids saw? they would like repeat the same conversation again and again.
then another one
#2. a group of primary 2 boys.
they saw my watch during study time.
then our conversation
boy A looks intensively at my watch
me: yes?
boy A: how come your watch like that one?
me: huh?
boy B: ya lor, got heart shape one.
more boys started to look at my watch now.
boy B: HAHA, i know. your boyfriend buy for you this watch right?
me: NO!
boy A: aiyo, jiejie. i know is your boyfriend buy one la.
me: nononono.
boy B: jiejie, you have boyfriend?
me: nono, do your work lah.
boy A: you bluff, you have boyfriend right.
me: no, i dont have.
boy A: you have la.
me: you dont do your work i dont tell you.
boy B: jiejie I KNOW!! you have a wife right?
me: NO!! i dont have any wife or husband.
boy A: you have mummy?
me: yes, i only have mummy and daddy. and can you all just concentrate and do your work?
LOL!! the kids are so cute.
they didnt really get on my nerves that badly.
hope they will quit asking me about getting married and having a boyfriend soon.
oh, but many also asked me when i'm working till.
when they know that i'm working only until october, they got really really sad.
i was still thinking ' hey its only my first day! '
and then boy B came along and suddenly asked me, 'jiejie, can you stay until november? december?'
so sad, i already feel bad for working there for only 2 months
which i initially thought it was already loooong.
but, i cant wait to get back there tmr!
the kids are like so cute!!
& they love me so much!
well, not all.
i'm just too nice :)
